HOW DO WE BENEFIT FROM HELPING YOU?

We are paid a referral fee when your new purchase or we find a REALTOR in your current city to sell your home for you!  Example, Janet's cousin lives in Tampa, Florida and decides to sell.  She doesn't have an agent and knows Janet knows the right questions to ask an agent in Tampa before telling Janet's cousin that she is referring someone to her.  When the cousin meets with the selected agent referred by Janet, a referral agreement is signed and Janet keeps tabs on what is happening and how the agent is doing for her cousin!  OR even the opposite, the cousin is moving to Tampa so Janet has an agent through her referral network that she likes and knows will be a great fit - Janet refers the agent to the cousin and the cousin gets great representation through the referral system.  This works everywhere!  We love referrals!!!!
